標題[請益] 賣屋遇到鄰居毀謗該怎麼辦？

各位版友好最近有公寓五樓要賣，已經三年沒住，花了30萬整理檢修樓下有兩戶其中一戶，到處跟人(房仲、看房的人)說我家漏水到他家問題是，搬家前住了17年沒有這個問題搬離後三年(期間有斷水)沒住，才說有這個問題水電跟樓下屋主一起巡過，水電也說沒問題，是他牆壁滲進去的但樓下屋主堅持說他不相信，一直打電話騷擾房仲說我家漏水要處理有去找他談過，談完好了當天又故態復萌我很想以法律途徑解決，請問版友是否有遇過如此情況？謝謝~!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.27.106.239 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1415964231.A.37A.html
