Focus1.6 操控上的小疑問

想問各位前輩一些我爬文後整理的小疑問
因小弟我第一次開自手排的車所以有幾個疑慮（持自排照）
1. 如果我在行進中可否從D直接換S? 會不會有什麼狀況？
2. 因小的不太會開手排，所以他的+/-應該是不會去用到，爬文是說用S檔不一定要用+/-
這樣只是進入sport檔這樣也可以在市區行駛但比較耗油，是對的嘛？
3. 我爬文有的說在市區走走停停用S檔會比較好還是是要看個人習慣？用D或S都可以？
4. 各位前輩在等紅燈會切換到N檔嘛？不論正在S或D的時候
