Day 1 札幌新千歲 -->函館
(到達函館差不多22:00，所以應該去不到其他地方) 宿: 函館
Day 2 函館(函館朝市、大沼公園、五陵郭公園(夜景-五稜星之夢)) 宿: 函館
Day 3 函館
明治館+金森倉庫(附近)、函館山(百萬夜景) 夜間jr 直走旭川
(01:23-08:16)
Day 4 旭山動物園 + 層雲峽冰暴祭 宿:層雲峽
Day 5 札幌: 二条市場，狸小路逛街 宿:札幌
Day 6 滑雪(札幌) (等候jr 1 day pass) 宿:札幌
Day 7 支笏湖 宿: 鶴雅水の謌
Day 8 新千歲outlet - >機場

這個行程可以嗎?
另外，其他很想去小樽，如果Day 3我放棄函館，一早到小樽，之後會小樽宿一晚，值得嗎?
