經常大排長龍的灣仔漢堡包專門店 The Butchers Club Burger，在香港仔田灣有一個自家熟成牛肉的工場，既會送到漢堡店，也會用作香港仔另一旗下餐廳 The Butchers Club Deli晚市 fine dining之用，意味 The Butchers Club Burger的牛肉，拍得住高級餐廳靚牛。

 

特選澳洲有機穀飼牛，牛肉熟成期為 30天，一般 beef patty以牛肩肉(chunk)及牛腩肉(brisket)混合而成，這裡特別再加入牛冧肉(rump)，比例一致，令 beef patty牛味更濃，入口更嫩。
