標題[請益] 想請問關於居住社區中庭使用規範

想請問 居住社區的中庭是否可供小朋友玩球騎車 我們社區是4棟 每棟12層樓高 中庭則是僅有一個噴水池造景,以及一個小木棧道休憩區 約可容納4個人 平常假日偶有小朋友在中庭嬉鬧奔跑玩球 可能因為最近寒假到了 幾乎每天早上到晚上6點半 小朋友都在中庭奔跑玩球甚至騎腳踏車 我們中庭 是 口 字型 所以中庭的嬉鬧尖叫聲 整個迴音往上傳 實在是不堪其擾 (我們住7樓) 坦白說 那些小朋友都大概4.5.6歲 一玩起來都跟瘋了一樣 無法控制音量 雖然說 中庭是大家共有的空間 但確實已經造成困擾 每天請管理員處理也不是辦法! 而且家長根本也不在一旁看著小朋友 (中庭的空間了不起就是擺2桌的大小) 想請問是否有什麼方法或法條可以規範? 畢竟這是住家中庭 不是公園 再說 我們社區附近都有公園啊~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.168.185.118 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1423892980.A.DB9.html
