歐元破底創11年低台幣小升

國際美元指數一舉突破96大關創下11年新高，連帶地歐元兌美元匯率今早來到1.1070美元，創下2003年9月9日以來的新低價位，倒是亞洲貨幣今早走勢相對穩定，新台幣兌美元匯率今早以31.510元開貶3分後，台幣再次升破31.50大關，最高來到31.436元，台幣走升。

至上午9時30分止，台幣成交價31.444元，台幣升值3.6分。

人民幣兌美元中間匯率上午小貶0.03分，來到6.1528元，即期匯率暫時守在6.2700元。

日圓今早狹幅介在119.85-119.60之間，韓元1101-1096.20之間。
