我已經問過勞工局公司是否可以不發打卡記錄，公司是可以拒絕的，因為沒有這條法律規定，但對薪資有問題，可以請求申訴。然後公司給我的打卡記錄雖然是跟薪資明細上是一樣的，但跟我真的打卡有一些不一樣，問了公司為什麼？公司的回答是我早退的時候、為了不扣薪水，所以不是有捕時數嗎？這個也是事實。可是如果公司真的有算錯的話，是否真的完全要不回來呢？因為沒有證據證明，實際的打卡記錄，因為我也有忘記打卡的時候，真的照實際的打卡記錄算，我反而領到的錢比較少。以上，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.154.133 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425519349.A.E2E.html
