行政院長毛治國今天下午主持旱災中央災害應變中心第二次工作會報，會中水利署報告時，建議石門水庫供水區的桃園市和新北市板新、林口地區，4月1日起進入第三階段限水，採供五停二，但還未定案。

水利署表示，石門水庫有效蓄水率僅剩百分之23，氣象局預測4月仍偏乾，5,、6月梅雨降雨還不明確，可能要到7月才有明顯降雨，因此建議石門水庫供水區優先採取進一步限水措施。

新北市副市長陳伸賢表示，會全面配合中央抗旱，已盤點全市包括水資源回收中心等水源，開源節流，若真的進入三階限水，將配合調度水車支援，也希望中央給予省水器材補助和節水用戶的水費折扣。
