標題[請問] 用再生龍用到作業系統不見....

各位電腦神人晚安 小弟電腦白痴 沒事無聊把老哥5.6年前的筆電拿出來玩 想試試看再生龍怎麼用 結果我照著網路上的方式下載 把再生龍放到USB也用上面的方式做開機USB 然後設定BIOS用USB開機 進入再生龍的介面後，很高興的照著網頁上的教學用 結果不知怎麼的，他說什麼掛載失敗...想說算了 把BIOS調回去硬碟開機 結果作業系統就不見了...wtf 不見了...wtf 不見了...wtf 害我現在不知道怎麼辦，雖然裡面也沒什麼資料 不過還是想把他弄回去 各位神人可以教我怎麼弄回去嗎?
