Google Chrome或FireFox有辦法設定不要播放網站上的影片嗎?

最近yahoo或某些網站常會有一些影片廣告
或是新聞影片
光是打開網頁影片就自己播放了
或是有些短片連結吸引人家去點...有時候手賤點到
結果公司的IT最近說有人在上班時看影片
造成流量很大
老闆就抓狂了

有辦法在軟體上設定不要播放影片嗎
IT雖然會檢查但並不會擋
所以有時候一點開網頁影片就自己播了很困擾耶...
