健身新手請益!!

各位健身前輩們好!

一些問題想詢問一下。 最近才加入健身房,目前也只有買一桶costco的MP乳清
之前都有稍微上網查一些 營養品相關

因為這桶MP乳清成分表,有包含BCAA、 L- Glutamine,是不是這桶就足夠了
至於肌酸,是真的效果明顯嗎?

重訓部分,一周練5天 (想知道哪些肌群可以同一天練) ,有氧是不是可以接著做呢?

題外話,小弟目前在桃園健身工廠,不知道有沒有同好可以一起練的XD
