違停熱區違規狀況依舊嚴重

台北市長柯文哲拋出用監視器抓違停的議題，下午在違停熱區的復興南路口，即使是拖吊車與警察不時出現，似乎仍不能有效嚇阻民眾違規狀況發生，然而現行法規監視器僅用於交通和治安用途，能否形成證據的問題仍有待商榷。
