106年催生晶片身分證?內政部:言之過早

日報報導，內政部規畫，後年誕生首張「晶片身分證」，將整合報稅、駕行照、健保卡看病、搭捷運、電子投票等功能。

內政部次長陳純敬上午表示，晶片卡確實是國際趨勢與未來發展方向，但106年催生新卡，言之過早，目前沒有時程表。他提到，初步可能整併的功能以駕行照、健保卡為第一波思考的方向，但實際執行都還有待考察、規劃。他強調，政府一定會以資安為最優先考量，務必要做到安全。
