標題[問題] 薪水到底怎麼算的?

最近有個朋友去了某訂製西服上班 一開始說好底薪22K+獎金 從九月中到現在 九月做了13天休了2天 每天11小時(中間沒有特別休息時間，就吃飯時間而已) 然後拿到薪資的時候是7700 沒有給薪資明細 後來問了說是有扣餐費800 那這樣我算了一下 就算是13/30*22000再扣掉800也應該要有8733 不知道7700這數字是怎麼來的 而十月份的薪資他還沒看 因為都不會給薪資明細 不過他聽到另一位同一時間進公司的同事說他實領不到兩萬 (月休四天，每天也是11個小時) 其實我是想問每天上11個小時的班什麼補休加班費都沒有是合理嗎 不知道有沒有甚麼方法可以去做溝通呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.46.164
