蕭萬長：全力以赴

前副總統蕭萬長代表馬總統赴北京出席亞太經濟合作（APEC）年會暨經濟領袖會議，夫人朱淑嫻與陸委會主委王郁琦等同行，上午9時率團搭乘長榮航空專機出訪，蕭萬長在機場表示，將全力以赴，提升台灣積極參與國際社會能見度。
