基隆長年多雨,加上地狹人稠,交通通勤的不便,與道路規劃混亂,近年的天災與人禍也是不少,讓基隆已經成為全國最不快樂的城市好久了! 唯一可以讓基隆市民一點點微笑與安慰的小鴨將在12月份來基隆,從耶誕到跨年的重點節慶陪伴基隆市民,身為基隆市民的朋友對於這個基隆首次的重大公共旅議題有沒有甚麼樣的看法,大家可以交流看看..個人想到幾個點

1. 交通部分(這是大家最關心的部分)
2. 市區人潮與車輛相關容納與配套
3. 攤販與人潮動線規劃
4. 環境維護與保持
5. 公共安全與人身安全維護
6. 整體效益對於基隆市帶來的產值
