標題換工作後，覺得不適任

小弟第一次換工作， 剛進公司沒幾個星期， 整個soc架構還不了解， 一點架構training也沒有， 工作站也還沒打開過， 就被分配做 design寫spec, 只能參考還沒來之前開會定下來的spec， 問其他資深的人， 他們也有自己的事情要忙， 目前還寫不出來，過幾天後就要交作業了 該不該提離職，還是繼續撐下去? 這是正常公司有的現象嗎?還是我太弱! 感覺跳到一個坑洞， 我覺得這工作應該會被我搞雜! 每天過的很痛苦 ----- Sent from JPTT on my LGE LG-E988. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.74.238.155 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401079373.A.ECC.html
