農會資格不應與農保資格牽扯

立法院今天審查老農津貼暫行條例修正草案復議案，復議案在上午衛環、內政、經濟3委員會聯席審查已經被否決，接下來將進入黨政協商，才有機會排入立院臨時會。

農委會主委陳保基今天在經濟委員會表示，非常感謝立委加速審理老農津貼等重要法案，老農津貼修正案通過，可讓農會會員和農保資格不再牽扯，讓公權力介入審查農保資格；同時，未來農委會也擬規劃讓農保納入年金制度，也因此投保多者領得更多，真正照顧實際長期從農的農民，也吸引新農加入。

陳保基表示，老農津貼暫行條例修正草案第一步要禁絕6個月短期從農和15年長期從農的農民同樣領取每個月7000元的老農津貼，即便立院本會期通過修正草案，對於現在已經在領取老農津貼的人完全沒有影響，有影響的是未來新加入的農民，省下來的錢才能幫助、照顧青年農民從農。
