標題[請益] 關於人力精簡問題~~~~~~~~~~~

小弟在公司剛滿2年了,說長不長 說短不短 但最近由於公司銷售部不是很理想 所以要精簡人力 , 但並未在公開場合發表聲明 ,只是吩咐高階主管以私下的方 式告知, 如果離職會造成 非自願性離職 拿不到遣散費(PS:個人猜想是公司想省 一筆遣散費) , 不然就是要選擇內部調職(PS:但公司福利不好, 只是留下來還是 多多少少可學到東西),我想問的是 1.這種私下告知的方式,在科技業是常見的嗎? 2.不知各位前輩有何建議 , 是內部調職 還是換公司從新開始 ? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.159.43.161 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1402011056.A.BEA.html
