公民團體批示範區滅農 要陳保基下台

四位經濟系、農經系的系主任，上午聯合舉行記者會，批評示範區荒謬滅農，示範區條例將會消滅本土農業，要求刪除農業加值相關條文，並要農委會主委陳保基下台負責。學者要求與政府公開辯論政策，希望政府一個月內提出辯論進行方式。

此外，數十個社團組成的全國反浮濫自經區在地團體聯盟上午也舉行記者會，要求政府沒有提出衝擊影響評估報告前，所有開發計畫都該停止，並停止特別條例審查。公投盟總召蔡丁貴表示，如果強行通過自經區條例，不排除發動包圍立法院。
