抱歉，這篇跟買屋實在沒有太大的問題， 但是也不知可以PO在哪邊，只好跟大家討論一下。 朋友在淡水新市鎮那邊買了個新成屋的房子，屋齡為大約才半年。 因為我將來日後要住在那邊，本來他很開心的說可以讓我們夫妻免費住 但是後來我們自己覺得這樣人情壓力太大，而且住得比較不自在， 所以再三跟他說收點房租也好，現在問題來了。 它們是完全新屋，沒有任何裝潢，呈現空屋的狀態， 室內大約有30-33坪左右。 交情真的很不錯，我們到底要給他多少房租才不會不好意思呢? -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.132.167.196 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1406099071.A.D39.html
