請問一個社區今年成交行情是23-28都有 然後大多屋主底價都是26-28居多 我簽給仲介底價27.8(含4%服務費)也就是實拿26.7 結果仲介沒幾周打來說有個買方有興趣但是價格有意見 問我25以下有沒有機會... 這種情況下若我堅持實拿25...有可能會賣掉嗎??
