電腦裡面開兩個常用的程式時，常常用到ALT+TAB（按一下）來切換兩程式的視窗

手機裡面雖然有程式鍵，如附圖最右邊的那個可以切換常用視窗

但是他的作用如同ALT+TAB（長按）的功能，會一次跑出之前執行的一堆程式列表

沒有辦法做到（按一下）就切換之前使用的程式
沒有辦法做到（按一下）就在兩個常用的程式之間切換

請問版友們，是否有類似的程式提供程式（一鍵）快速切換的功能的
