09年 TIGUAN問題 請各位大大解答

我朋友她在09年買了一台TIGUAN 都在原廠正常保養 200P版本
到現在也跑九萬公里了 他想換車 要賣我 66萬 覺得OK嗎?
順便問一下這台車這年份的妥善率好不好 推不推薦買 會吃雞油嗎 小毛病多不多 公里數會太高嗎
因為她是我朋友車況我也比較知道 謝謝各位大哥
