胡婷婷年初驚爆離婚後，整理好心情首度接戲，最近為公視人生劇展「刑法274條」動工，劇中和路斯明演夫妻，她在臉書上透露，對「老公」這個名詞仍很敏感，開工第一天為角色戴上婚戒，她也自嘲：「沒有想到會這麼快再戴上婚戒…」但回到熟悉工作圈子，也表示：「握著劇本，回歸做演員的感覺，真好！」

胡婷婷和路斯明劇中分別飾演律師和法官，夫妻面臨家庭、不孕等問題，兩人雖是第一次合作，但默契頗佳。胡婷婷提到自己快殺青，已經開始想念大家，最近下戲回家，一個人也常覺得孤單。

最近天氣變化大，路斯明鼻子過敏發作，但仍硬撐上戲，沒被鼻塞影響昏頭，反而還提醒工作人員道具放錯位置。他近1年來為了專注磨演技，推掉許多偶像劇邀約，去年也演出人生劇展「羊在火爐前走失了」，無緣入圍金鐘他坦言有點失望，但也期許自己繼續努力。
