各位大大，小弟這份工作到現在是第四個月(今年七月一日開始)，最近家裡收到國民年金 帳單，我非常好奇為何上面是註明七月份以及八月到十號，詢問主管後他把問題pass給老 闆，老闆隔天用line告知把帳單拿給他即可。 這種自以為能安撫的小技巧可惜對小弟沒什麼用，於是本著追根究底的精神，我今天跑去 勞工局要了明細來看，果不其然...老闆晚了約40天才加保。 我知道這不只是要自己付賬單的問題，還涉及年資和以後的給付，好啦其實我就是不爽， 才六個員工的民宿，是怎麼忙到沒在上班的老闆可以拖這麼久才加保，然後還以為幫忙付 賬單就好，於是當然也順手看了相關法規。 現在打算採取的途徑為： 帳單給老闆付，離職時再匿名檢舉讓他被勞動檢查。 超時工作的所有加班費另外投訴要求補齊。(月休8天每日工作14小時) 違法民宿檢舉沒獎金，政府也廢到每次都罰個小錢不痛不癢，可是...不檢舉對不起自己 啊？ 以上，有什麼沒有注意到的地方，希望各位大大能指導一下。 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.71.251.72 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413280875.A.BE7.html
