thinkpad dock 接觸不良?

Hi

我有一台X220 跟一個 dock-ultrabase series 3
螢幕外接在dock上 同時x220掀開用來輸入

最近常常會突然無預警的外接螢幕沒有畫面 螢幕的訊號也會消失 x220則會發出如同USB拔除及插入的聲音
過了一陣子之後 突然又接上了 期間我沒有特別做什麼 就是一般打字而已

因為以前連鍵盤也是用外接的 雖然也有發生過 但是比較少發生
所以猜測是不是因為我直接用x220打字 導致接觸不良
又或者是接觸的端子有問題

不知道版上有沒有人也有類似的情況 如果有的話該如何排除?
