營收讚國建買盤升溫

上市股國建 (2501)11月營收繳出歷史新高的亮眼成績，主要反應總銷70億元的「國泰天母」交屋入帳，由於該案在11月僅入帳4成，公司目標，年底前入帳9成;法人估，國建12月營收仍有高點可期，第四季每股盈餘將挑戰1元，為去年全年水準。國建今日買盤增溫，盤中股價來到16.9元，漲幅超過2%。

國建表示，國泰天母11月進入入帳高峰，是第四季營收主力。據悉，由於該案毛利率高達50%，對獲利貢獻可觀，將推升國建本季EPS挑戰近年高點。

在推案方面，國建本季也相當積極。包括位於土城的「國泰金城」，銷售已超過7成。計畫明年元月在桃園推出「國泰賦都」，該案總銷為26 億元。
