標題[問題] 護理人員離職問題

請問， 我老婆是護理人員，在公立醫院任職(約聘)，年資約十年，因為身體欠佳想離職休養，但 今天去拿離職單時，仔細把內容看過後，覺得怪怪的，因為醫院還欠我們38天的正假，護 理主任很兇的說她有權把假歸零，無須讓我們把假休完或另給薪資;是否簽下去，就算醫 院有違法，我們連告的機會都沒有? http://i.imgur.com/OvwgiE3.jpg
