北市府正副發言人林鶴明黃大維出任

台北市長柯文哲今天在市政會議後記者會表示，北市府發言人將由市長室專委林鶴明出任，專員黃大維擔任副發言人。

林鶴明現年31歲，是前行政院院長謝長廷子弟兵，曾任謝長廷辦公室副主任兼發言人，柯文哲競選時期向謝長廷借將，由林鶴明擔任柯文哲新聞部主任，負責新聞聯繫工作。

27歲的黃大維，則是柯競選時期的新聞部副主任，他原在民進黨主席蔡英文所屬的「小英之友會」擔任祕書，於民國102年底柯文哲尚未出線時就加入柯營。兩人在柯文哲當選後，都隨同進入北市府。

林鶴明說，上週市長室會議決定由他擔任發言人，今天市政會議確認，正式上任。
