柯P失言風波延燒英國也贈過乾隆懷表

柯文哲收受懷表，今為「破銅爛鐵」說道歉。據悉，身處18世紀的乾隆皇也收過英皇喬治三世進貢的一只高級西洋懷表，名為「乾隆御用鍍金鑲嵌珍珠寶石西洋懷錶」(如圖)，若說送表有違習俗，當時貴為一國之君的乾隆難道會不知這禁忌？可見送表非送「鐘」，且此舉乃是英國外交上的通例，克拉瑪向柯文哲贈上這只懷表，雖不如乾隆皇的鍍金珍珠表貴重，但由此可見，英國交通部長克拉瑪極為重視與台北市長柯文哲的會面，才會「以表表情」。
