標題[問題] 離職前休假

幫朋友代po ======================== 上禮拜口頭跟主管提出了年後離職的想法 這周寫了辭呈交上去 而早在決定離職前就已經安排好了請假 打算跟家人出國玩，錢都花下去了 （而且主管也早就知道這件事） 之後也想把剩下兩天的特休給用掉 於是和主管說了這個計畫 誰知道我主管非常生氣 跟我說：「照理來說離職前不准休假」 我很訝異，因為我是菜鳥，其實也不是非常清楚 所以還跑去問了人事公司有沒有這條規定，人事也回答說沒有 想請教資深大大們 他所謂的「離職前不准休假」到底合不合理呢？ 要怎麼應對主管這種無理取鬧的行為比較合適？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.57.143.91 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424164431.A.2C1.html
