標題[請益] 台南買屋

請教各位 我目前有一中古屋在永康 (屋齡約20年) 但因為考量到後續需求 所以想賣屋換屋 以目前手頭上的房子來看 若賣出應該有300~400萬 而最近在看台南的房市 有許多大樓建案及透天 但是透天不論地點好壞 平均價格均在800萬以上 (上次去看仁德的建案 廣告戶要808) 目前考量 購屋預算應該在 700萬左右 請問這樣是否就只能夠看台南的中古透天屋 但當然還是希望能夠買到新屋 (有沒有台南可推薦的區域或建案 新市善化一帶也可) 還有 這陣子觀察 台南的大樓建案實在是太多了 可是台南人口又沒成長多快 所以是不是未來幾年 台南的中古大樓價格會狂跌 那麼我考量買透天是否會比較保值? 還是一樣是看地段呢? 感謝 板上的大大能夠給予建議 希望大家都能夠過個好年! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.181.169 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1424151538.A.EE5.html
