徵 求 者：楊先生 欲租種類：雅房(不得有其他房型) 搬入日期 ：104年7月後 性 別：男，學生 徵求地點: 北科大附近或者捷運站附近走路5分鍾內可到距離即可 聯絡方式：站內信 預定租金：每月租金10000以下,除電費外其他皆含(管理費、水、網路、第四台…等) 坪數格局：不拘 可接受樓層: 不要頂樓加蓋或地下室 隔間材質：水泥 (總之隔音要好) 設備要求：雙人床、基本傢俱、冰箱、獨立電表、一定要有對外窗、電熱水器佳 其他要求：有一隻貓，平常不會亂叫，晚上也會乖乖睡，不會吵到鄰居，房東不必擔心環 境被破壞，傢俱若損壞願賠償。 備註：生活作息正常、不會製造噪音、無不良嗜好、衛生習慣佳，絕不會異味。 至少租一年，一次繳清半年或一年房租有優惠的話也請告知 XD 請站內信聯絡(若方便請附上房間照片),謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.80.150.154 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_ya/M.1428630311.A.D48.html
