SONY 手機問題 撥公司電話後無法轉接分機

撥公司電話後,轉分機時按鍵有處碰動作可是沒有顯示數字,導致無法轉接該分機號碼
請問一下是手機設定上的問題嘛?Touch功能是正常的,無設定快樹撥號

手機型號是:Xperia™ V
安卓版本:4.3
軟體版本:9.2.A.1.210
