請問一下 如果有喜歡的預售屋 想要知道建商的成本約在那邊 只是要求個大約 上網查詢地價如下- 公告土地現值及公告地價 年月 公告現值 公告地價 面積 103年01月 31,500 4,000 369.73 102年01月 24,500 4,000 369.73 101年01月 22,500 3,000 369.73 100年01月 19,000 3,000 369.73 約111.8坪 所以土地現值 是要 31500乘於 369.73嗎?? 等於 1千一百六十五萬左右?? 如果我要算為一坪多少 在除於 111.8 等於104172 這樣算法對嗎?? 單純不考慮漲價降價來說 當然建造成本我自己也會加上去 因為不想建商開價後 我也開個芭樂價給他 如果建商開價720萬 如果我出 630萬 這樣會太芭樂嗎?? 還是出太高 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.126.252.55 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1430285553.A.7AD.html
