请教去往太鲁阁晶英酒店的交通方式

定了7月17台北往花莲，住宿晶英酒店一晚，因为获悉近期太鲁阁交通管制，想请教：我去到这家酒店的方式：

1.计划坐火车11:10分到新城，叫小黄去到酒店？（据说这是最近最快的一种方式），但是 不知这个时间是否会不方便通行？另外新城到酒店的小黄费用大概会是多少？

2.坐火车10:50分到达花莲，然后坐酒店的接驳车（11:10有一班车），不知时间上能否衔 接？火车一般不会晚点吧？

3.坐火车10:50到花莲，然后坐台湾好行去到天祥，我看到有朋友写到11:30的这班台湾好行会去往到天祥，请问是这样的吗？

上面三种方式，请问哪种是最好的？谢谢热心人了！！！
