歐盟將全面禁止掩埋可回收廢棄物

法新社報導，歐盟環境委員波托奇尼克2日發表綠色成長計畫的部分內容，希望歐盟國家在2025年起全面禁止將可回收的物品棄置垃圾掩埋場，並在2030年以前回收70%的都市廢棄物、80%的包裝廢棄物。
