店家名稱：仁川韓國炸雞 消費時間：2014年5月 地址：高雄市左營區裕誠路、南屏路口（瑞豐夜市 第二排） 價位：招牌韓國炸雞每份60元 交通：高雄捷運「巨蛋站」下車步行前往 時間：每週二、四、五、六、日晚上 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/135383186 -本文開始- 瑞豐夜市最近掀起了一股寒流，可能也是受到韓劇的影響，開了好多的韓式炸雞店，這家「仁川韓國炸雞」便是其中一間。 之所以會選擇這家，我是單純以價位來比較，這家是最便宜的。 店家也只有賣一種炸雞，一份60元。 店員還蠻親切的，點完餐便開始現炸，所以也要稍微等段時間。 「招牌韓國炸雞」 炸雞是用杯裝，大約類似豆漿杯的份量，搭配可愛的LOGO。 熱呼呼的炸雞在裝杯前便裹上特製醬汁，並灑上芝麻，色澤非常棒，光這樣看就好好吃。 韓國炸雞的口感相當特別，酥脆的外皮裹著特製醬汁是非常搭的，多汁的雞肉也非常有味道，油炸前的醃料算是處理得很好，可以很明顯的吃出兩層的口味。 醬汁有些甜，夠味且不辣，比較像是吃粽子那種甜辣醬的改良版，我覺得非常好吃。 後記，瑞豐初次的韓式炸雞品嚐，算是令我眼睛為之一亮。 在韓國連鎖炸雞正式進軍高雄前，可能會讓我想多吃幾家來比較一下跟正牌口味有何不同吧！ -- 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/135383186 -- 阿捷的打飯班 http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.174.120.9 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1401364969.A.21D.html
