灰白心太軟$78灰白即芝麻及呍呢嗱雪糕，一反傳碎濕濕而脆口，筆者覺得芝麻烘香跟脆口雪糕好夾，抹茶心太軟外軟內軟熱辣辣，撈雪糕齊吃一流。

愛 sweet乃人天性，甜品店大概看中人之常情越開越多，但最近一眾甜品店稱得上顛覆常性，由加海鹽、以龍蝦鵝肝入饌、鹹甜餡料 crossover、到視覺上煙霧瀰漫、放木煙提味、放火燒甜品等等，睇得又食得，食甜品的態度，再非一味 sweet，就似 status上的 it's complicated。
