鐵板牛柳

鐵板牛柳

主材料:牛肉絲70g、芥藍菜20g

副材料:橄欖油5g、糖2.5g、醬油5g、太白粉適量

作法:

1、用鍋子煮水,水滾後加入芥藍菜燙熟備用。

2、牛肉絲加入醬油、糖,再加入太白粉抓勻,醃約10分鐘。

3、熱鍋,加入橄欖油後,放入牛肉絲快速拌炒。

4、將牛肉絲盛盤於燙熟的芥藍菜上即可。
