標題[問題] 關於勞/健保轉出單

原po於7/18離開待了兩年的公司，並於7/21到新公司報到。 然而到了新公司後，發現工作內容跟環境不符期待，想盡快重新找工作， 便於7/31離職。 由於只待不到兩個星期，我也不認為這可以算一份正式的工作經歷， 因此也不會秀在履歷表上。 當時離開的時候有跟新公司要勞/健保退保單。 問題來了，近日又應徵上了一個新工作，此公司要求我提供勞/健保退保單， 但是第二份工作我並未在履歷上提及， 而第一間公司卻不願意開給我勞退保轉出單..說因為上面有公司資訊， 並表示新公司僅需要離職證明即可，不需勞健保轉出證明。 我想問的是，沒有勞健保轉出單會有影響嗎? 而要給新公司的話，是要給第二份工作的轉出單才有效嗎? 謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.71.73.228 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407835738.A.168.html
