日月光第3季獲利 歷史次高

封測大廠日月光第3季稅後淨利新台幣72.05億元，創歷史單季次高。

日月光下午舉辦法人說明會，第3季集團合併營收666.32億元，較第2季586.15億元成長14%，年增17%；合併毛利率21.3%，第2季21.5%；合併營業利益80.84億元，營業利益率12.1%，第2季11.3%。

其中第3季IC封測及材料營收422.11億元，較第2季392.66億元成長8%；第3季IC封裝測試毛利率28.6%，第2季27%；第3季IC封裝測試營業利益73.48億元，營業利益率17.4%，第2季15.2%。

日月光第3季稅後淨利72.05億元，較第2季50.94億元增加41%，年增63%，每股稅後盈餘0.82元，第2季EPS0.64元。

累計今年前3季日月光集團合併營收超過1799億元，較去年同期1556.98億元大增15.57%。

從半導體封測產品應用營收比重來看，日月光第3季通訊產品占比約50%，個人電腦占比約12%，汽車及消費電子產品占比約38%。
