標題[問題] 備取嗎

面試時，第一階段主管有提到~同天必須第二階段談及續薪部份~ 但是到了第二階段離開，對方並未提到續薪部份，我也面談結束前都忘了問 1.後來面試人員就說會盡快回覆錄取名單及續薪部份(原則上會會符合我的期待)， 甚至"可能"再複試一次 但是上禮拜也突然接到通知可能下禮拜重要人士回台才有可能 跟我說確定是否錄取?(這個大家又遇過嗎?真得是字面意思，還是備取意思) 再加上原本職缺面試完是關閉，今天又開啟職缺 這樣是代表我是備取嗎?他們可能再面試更好的人才? 看到人力銀行求職者~11~30人那麼多~真得有點怕怕的 心理好煎熬，想要等，但又怕一頭空。是不是只能求神拜佛? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.113.197 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1417433884.A.73F.html ※ 編輯: STAR2599 (123.193.113.197), 12/01/2014 19:42:45
