標題[請益] 艾克爾bumping PE & 群創Array/CF 整合

各位科技業的前輩大家好 小弟 國立材料學 / 114工科碩 這兩天收到以下兩家公司的面試邀約 我知道都還沒上就來問會被噓 但是由於對封裝&面板兩產業接觸很少 所以還是想請教大家對於兩職缺的看法 公司 　群創 艾克爾 地點 　竹南 龍潭廠 工作 　Array/CF製程整合 Bumping製程工程師 輪班 未知 一年兩個月大夜 作二休二 1.艾克爾爬版知道目前技術領先,去年發很好但是也很操 2.群創的板上似乎沒有相同職缺的的文章 (?) 想請各位就公司及產業未來發展性等 會比較推薦哪一職缺 ? 如果這篇文章有不妥的地方 請直接跟我說 我會儘快自D 先謝謝大家了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.195.173.165 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1418295714.A.B1A.html
