標題[請益] 承諾書與意願書與法律責任的差別?

小魯弟機械所分別接獲兩公司研替的承諾書與意願書 我想請教一下各位前輩兩者的差異與法律責任問題? 承諾書大至是 我已經確定錄取職位，需簽明處簽名蓋章，表同意接受此份職務且以本承諾書為憑 需以紙本寄回 (在附件內有含薪資與部門及提到勞雇關係起始點為到本公司簽定聘固契約為主) 但該公司面試時有提到會含簽約金 意願書大至是 我獲得錄取資格，詳細內容會在統一公佈，請靜待通知 Q1:請問以承諾書來講，交回後若之後去別家或改服一般兵的話，會不會有法律責任 還是只會在該公司部門被黑掉，不會影響到同產業其他公司嗎? Q2:意願書的話感覺被公司放鳥的機會大不大..
