【环境】：富人区，4房1厅1卫1车库，每房只住2人。周围环境优雅，闹中取静，静中得便，同时购物找工也都方便。我们欢迎看房，眼见为实。

【交通】：3分钟步行到车站（302、201、202、200、315、207、203），Tram6分钟步行（48路），车辆直达城里。交通极便，购物也方便，去城里、Box Hill和Richmond都方便。

【地址】：burke road North Balwyn, 照片上传有问题，电话or email联系，再传入你网站

【居住】：＄125(每人每周)，情侣房温馨，包水电煤和网络。短住每天$25
【找工】：我们可以提供樱桃包装工作，每小时＄14到＄16澳币，不用上稅，工作时间长现在房内已经有2位背包客在该工厂工作。
【押金】 每位二个星期
【退押金條件】
提早兩星期通知離開，無損壞屋內任何東西，清理好房子，退房，當天可退還全部押金
【时间】：从11月8日开始我们有3房出租
