標題[問題] 離職後領不到薪水

因學妹尚未使用PTT，所以代PO文請教大家下述情況該如何處理： ----------------- 我在2014/12/31完成離職，公司規定每月6號發放上月薪資，但截至1月8日都未入帳， 經詢問「在職同事」與「12/19離職同事」，12月份薪資都已匯入戶頭。 詢問公司薪資發放的情況，得到答覆為「電腦曾下載什麼軟體，可以把資料上傳到雲端， 要等查明後才能發放。」 備註：當事人任職於小型的室內設計公司 ----------------- 疑問1:當事人確定未做出損害公司權益及外流公司資料的行為，而公司也不願說明何時 才能查清，且未事先告知當事人有此種情況。 疑問2:公司要求查明後要簽暑「切結書」，但內容什麼都沒說。 疑問3:如果查不出所以然，公司這樣的行為算違法嗎? 請問此種情況應如何處理？ 　　　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.116.170.100 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1420723952.A.438.html ※ 編輯: x4wei (122.116.170.100), 01/08/2015 21:33:28 ※ 編輯: x4wei (122.116.170.100), 01/08/2015 21:35:04
