葉匡時傍晚開記者會說明高鐵案

交通部長葉匡時今天傍晚6時將在交通部召開記者會，說明高鐵財改案未獲立法院支持，後續處理問題。

立法院交通委員會今天審查高鐵財改案，朝野立委都不支持，葉匡時上午也回應，交通部積極做政府接管及收買準備。
