一期計畫中，光八坪就規劃兩百戶，不符附近小家庭需求較大的現況；且八坪每月租金就要七千多元，比當地市場行情還高

請問大里健民里地區有這樣的租金行情嗎?
8坪多的小套房租七千多感覺有點貴
